The staff helped quickly when i needed assistance. I found the rooftop pool area relaxing. It had nice views of the cathedral. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. This was Really good.
The access caused problems. The last 40 meters involved hauling baggage over road cobbles. It made arrival and departure a bit challenging.

Our deluxe room included a large shower. The air conditioning worked well. I did not have any problems regulating the temperature and found the space more than adequate for my needs.

The reception personnel answered my questions quickly and helpfully. They stored my luggage before check-in, enabling me to explore the area. I found them extremely professional and efficient throughout my visit.

i totally adored the hotel's central location. it made exploring super easy (everything was so close!). claudia kept our room super clean and comfy, and the reception staff gave us great recommendations. plus, night swims on the rooftop with those views? lovely!
one minor thing i noticed was that the water bottle wasn't always refilled (one free bottle is offered per night). but a quick call to reception fixed it right away. it was a tiny hiccup in an otherwise amazing stay!

The breakfast was excellent. there was a large variety of options to choose from and everything tasted fresh. the entire hotel was clean at all times. This was very apparent and appreciated.
The reception staff seemed a bit unwelcoming. They did not show us to our room.

the staff was attentive. rooftop cocktails were expertly crafted. the king-size bed proved comfortable (i slept like a baby!). i found the value excellent for what the hotel offered.
i did experience a minor inconvenience with the air conditioning. it switched on unexpectedly at 3 am. the noise startled me.

the customer relations manager, carolina, was very accommodating. she facilitated a late check-out. the receptionists, soraia and joão, offered prompt, courteous assistance, and they were always available (i really appreciated their help).

The location was AMAZING! I found it very easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. The breakfast had lots of variety. The buffet offered numerous choices. The rooftop pool provided AMAZING views of the surroundings, too.
The street access required a short walk on cobblestones, slightly INCONVENIENT with luggage.
